1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Apex Digest (apexdigest.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws of India. If you do not agree, do not use this platform.

2. Subscription Terms

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly (₹99), annually (₹999), for 2 years (₹1,799) or 3 years (₹2,499) via Razorpay. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period. You authorise Razorpay to charge your payment method on the renewal date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.

3. Refund Policy

Annual subscriptions may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if the subscriber has not accessed more than 5 premium content items. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. To request a refund, raise a support complaint selecting type "Refund".

4. Intellectual Property

All original Content on this platform is produced using modern analytical tools under editorial supervision of Agarawal Associates. All curated, reviewed, and published content — including judgment summaries, articles, argument frameworks, and editorial commentary — is the intellectual property of Agarawal Associates and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content without express written consent.

You may share short excerpts (under 50 words) with proper attribution and a link back to the original page.

5. Simulated Courtroom Content
