1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Apex Digest (apexdigest.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws of India. If you do not agree, do not use this platform.
2. Subscription Terms
Premium subscriptions are billed monthly (₹99), annually (₹999), for 2 years (₹1,799) or 3 years (₹2,499) via Razorpay. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period. You authorise Razorpay to charge your payment method on the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
3. Refund Policy
Annual subscriptions may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if the subscriber has not accessed more than 5 premium content items. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. To request a refund, email Agarawal.associate@gmail.com with subject "Refund Request".
4. Intellectual Property
All original content on this platform — including judgment summaries, articles, argument frameworks, and editorial commentary — is the property of Agarawal Associates and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content without express written consent.
You may share short excerpts (under 50 words) with proper attribution and a link back to the original page.
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to: resell or redistribute premium content; use automated tools to scrape content; share your account credentials with others; use this platform for any unlawful purpose; or upload harmful or misleading content via any user-facing feature.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Agarawal Associates shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this platform or reliance on its content.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
